About This Site

This is the psychotherapy site of Laren Corrin. I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy, a Humanistic approach which combines elements of Gestalt and Person-Centered modalities. Research supports the effectiveness of Emotion Focused Therapy with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and relationship therapy with couples.
